The TESSERA project, represented by its coordinator, the M4D group at Centre for Research & Technology Hellas (CERTH), was honored to participate as a co-organizing project at the two-day RISE-SD 2024 event in Chalkidiki, Greece.
The event convened European research and development communities in Civil Security to highlight the achievements of European Security Research, promote debate, and showcase the results of European R&D security projects. TESSERA actively shared its developments through its stand, concurrently engaging in productive discussions for potential synergies and future adoption of the project results.
Representing TESSERA’s coordinating team, Mr. Taxiarchis Skouras provided a detailed presentation on October 17th, outlining TESSERA’s primary goals and objectives, along with its expected impact. The presentation pointed out the project’s contribution to the European Security Data Space for Innovation, highlighting the initial work conducted towards the analysis of the requirements for the creation of high-quality large-scale trusted and shareable datasets for data-driven innovation in the security domain.
Following the presentation, a Q&A session allowed the audience to engage with the speaker and further explore the project’s achievements.
The two-day RISE-SD conference, which brought together participants from various fields, saw TESSERA draw considerable interest and receive positive feedback, creating opportunities for networking and potential future collaborations.
